Company Profile

Barry Shea and Associates, formerly Ace Appraisal Services, was founded in 1990 starting as a one person office specializing in land, residential and small commercial property appraisal work in Central New Hampshire.  Our clients include attorneys, property owners, relocation companies and lenders.

Barry J. Shea, IFA is the senior appraiser.  Shea has been appraising real estate since 1987.  He is also an instructor specializing in instruction relating to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and topics relating to appraisal for HUD's FHA insured loan programs.
