2008 USPAP Now Available

The Appraisal Standards Board (ASB) has revised USPAP and the new document went into effect January 1, 2008.  There are several key changes including the elimination of the SUPPLEMENTAL STANDARDS RULE.  Trans-American Institute of Professional Studies (TAIPS).  has begun scheduling 2008 USPAP Updates - click here for info on our upcoming classes.
